3030 Yoga – Every Thursday! (6th (FULL), 13th (FULL), 20th (FULL) & 27th June) in C326/7, County Hall

Taking place in C326/7 Innovation Space, 12 – 12.30pm. Limited spaces available so please register to avoid disappointment. 

3030 Rounders – Wednesday 19th & Monday 24th June in the Park

Join us for some fun in the park! Please meet us at Central Park at 12.30pm (the field next to the Skate Ramp, you should see us!). Just bring your trainers and something comfy to wear, we will split everyone into two teams on the day and see how many rounders we can score! Duration 30-45 mins but feel free to just stay for as long as you can. 

3030 Netball – Tuesday 18th June in the Park 

We will meet in the Atrium of County Hall at 12.30 and make our way down to Central Park. The Netball Training session will include ball skills, agility & fun games! Please wear comfortable clothing and trainers.

3030 Ping Pong 

Tuesday 11th June in C326/7, County Hall – Please meet us at C326/7 Innovation Space at 12.30. No need for outfit changes or equipment, just bring yourself! 

Tuesday 25th June in Meadows Shopping Centre – As ping pong was popular last week, we’ve decided to put on another session. This time we will head over to the Meadows Shopping Centre where there is a ping pong parlour with 3 tables. It’s open to the public so we are unable to book it, but we are sure there will be a table or two free for us to have a few games. We will meet in the atrium at 12:15 on Tuesday 25th June for those wanting to join – colleagues are welcome.

3030 Running for all abilities (beginners-advanced) – Friday 28th June 2019 in Central Park

Join Active Essex and RunFit Essex for a 30:30 lunchtime running session in Central Park. There will be two UK Athletics qualified running coaches to welcome absolute beginners as well as advanced runners to this session. If you are a beginner, we will get you started to see if running is something you would like to take up. If you are an intermediate-advanced runner we will introduce you to a varied type of session for you to progress with your running.

Meet in County Hall reception at 12.00pm. Please note all participants run at their own risk.
