Individual Required to Help Deliver Detailed Strategy

A Safeguarding & Welfare Support Officer is required to join the Essex County FA’s team in Chelmsford to provide proactive support and administration and help deliver the Safeguarding Operating Standard and a detailed strategy, with applications needed by 11th September.

The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include supporting the Designated Safeguarding Officer with safeguarding cases across Essex. They’ll also organise and administer workshops for the department as well as monitoring and managing compliance, assisting in managing poor practice cases, working with club volunteers and supporting safeguarding visits.
