Former Coach Core Apprentice Jack, is great at explaining his activities. Qualified to deliver a number of different sports, his 3 video series will feature a different sport each week for you to join in with at home, with the whole family! Plus he will be BSL Signing it too!

Hi, I’m Jack, 22 and Duty Manager of Lord Butler Leisure Centre in Saffron Waldon.
I am a previous Essex Coach Core apprentice, where I spent my time teaching sports in schools and working with Prestige Sport Development. I have build upon this and am now a qualified deliverer of football, futsal, dodgeball, fencing, squash and gymnastics!
