My name is Marisa Swain and I am a Fitness Professional and have over 20 years experience teaching in the fitness industry. I run and own PTS Fitness Pilates Classes Braintree and since the lockdown I have had to propel myself forward into the digital world and adapt to setting up an online business VIP Marisa Swain Health & Fitness Online.
I’ve been a Pilates teacher for 6 years now and have built my business through community classes and engaging with participants in the Braintree area.
I am very much looking forward to delivery classes with Keep Active Essex via YouTube.
