Following my personal experience with chronic stress / burnout & anxiety a few years ago, yoga and yoga therapy helped me to return to a life of health and vitality. My yoga sessions are designed through the lens of providing students with a toolbox of techniques and practices to better manage stress, relieve symptoms of anxiety and depression and lead a healthier and more fulfilled life.
My name is Connie Bedford and I run and own C&B YOGA.
I’m a certified, Yoga Alliance-registered yoga teacher and have specialist training and teaching experience in the following areas:

- Prenatal- & Postnatal Yoga
- Kids & Teen Yoga
- Yoga for Athletes
I will be continuing my professional development as Yoga Therapist with Yogacampus.
My teaching style is trauma-sensitive, creative, playful and purposeful. Emphasis on safe anatomical alignment, physiology, breathing, mental health and positive encouragement.
