Meet Arlene, who will be leading 3 sessions on Hatha Yoga.

Hatha yoga is the branch of yoga that typically comes to mind when you think of yoga in general terms. The practice involves breath, body, and mind, and classes focus on breathing, yoga poses, and meditation.

Hatha is considered a gentle yoga, that focuses on static poses and is great for beginners.

Yoga is fantastic for your body! And in our gentle sessions who may find the movement helps relieve some anxiety and help with your stress management. Yoga is also great to improve your balance, practice good mindfulness and improve your sleep quality and duration.
