What is HolidayActivities?
HolidayActivities is the booking platform used by Essex ActivAte to help eligible families book free Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme places. Parents and carers can use it to find local holiday clubs, redeem their voucher code, and book activities that include fun experiences, physical activity and nutritious meals during the school holidays.
Around four weeks before each main school holiday, eligible families will receive a voucher code and booking link by email or text through their child’s school. Each eligible child receives their own voucher, with a set number of credits available to use for holiday club bookings.
Am I eligible for a voucher code?
Families who are eligible for Pupil Premium or income-related Free School Meals will receive a HolidayActivities voucher code from their child’s school by email and/or text message, allowing them to book free places at Essex ActivAte holiday clubs.
If your child receives free school meals through the Universal Infant Free School Meals scheme, you may still need to register for income-related Free School Meals to qualify for a HolidayActivities voucher code.
