The successful applicant will assist our swimming instructors with the swimming lesson programme, which runs throughout the year, to ensure continuous learning, development and progression. This vacancy is for 2 hours per week.

Essex Cricket are seeking a strategic and passionate leader to head up our Youth Activation team. This role involves managing key stakeholder relationships (including the ECB and Chance to Shine), coordinating cricket programmes in schools and communities, overseeing events like Mini Match Play, and delivering exciting match day experiences.

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to act as Camp Leaders who can lead the delivery of our camps during the school holidays. The applicant must possess a sports leadership / coaching qualification, be passionate about giving every child an amazing experience, be a confident communicator and have excellent customer care skills.
