As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you could play an important part of the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen, café and bar and help provide excellent service to our hungry customers!

Must be 18 years of age due to Licensing/ Health and Safety Regulations.

In this role, the post holder will play a key part in keeping our swimmers safe, supporting the smooth running of the Centre, and helping maintain a clean, welcoming environment throughout the pools complex. This is a great opportunity to make a real difference to our community whilst working as part of a supportive team.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to work within the pools complex. It is essential to hold the National Pool Lifeguard qualification, however if you are not qualified, you must be able to attend the course, to be held at Riverside on 10 – 15 August or 24 – 29 August 2026. Positions are on a full time basis working on a shift pattern during the opening hours of the centre.

We are looking for motivated and committed Gymnastics Coaches to lead the delivery of our gymnastics courses. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering structured gymnastics sessions for children. Applicants should have experience of coaching children’s gymnastics and be confident communicators with strong interpersonal skills.

Riverside Leisure Centre is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our pools team. To be successful in this role, you’ll need a valid National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and excellent communication skills. This position is offered on a part-time basis, working 35 hours a week on a shift basis to cover the opening hours of the centre.

South Woodham Ferrers Leisure Centre are looking for committed, customer focused individuals to join our vibrant team in the pools complex. In this role, the post holder will play a key part in keeping our swimmers safe and helping maintain a clean environment throughout the pools complex. This position is open on a part-time basis, at 13 hours per week covering the opening times of the centre.

We need a fully Level Two qualified Swim Teacher who can deliver lessons in a positive, inclusive, and engaging way. You’re a customer-focused professional driven to teach high-quality classes for all ages and abilities, while adapting to the individual needs of each participant. You’re also an exceptional communicator, who is flexible enough to respond to different situations and demands.
