We are expanding our youth provision into West Thurrock, and we’re looking for an experienced, energetic Senior Youth Worker with a Sports background to help us put sport at the heart of what we do. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves working with young people, thrives in active environments, and can confidently lead day‑to‑day delivery across multiple sites.

The successful candidates must hold a nationally recognised qualification for instruction
i.e. ASA/Swim England Level 2, Baby Preschool Swimming Teaching (or equivalent STA Baby Preschool/Award/Certificate)

Hours available Monday – Fridays from 3:45pm onwards, and weekends from 8

The post holder will be involved in maintaining the efficient and effective day to day running of sport events in the centre and ensuring the highest quality of service is offered to the customer, working alongside the Duty Manger on the day. You’d be part of an organisation delivering vital services for community groups and young people – knowing that our support is a genuine lifeline for small grassroots groups and the communities they support. As a key point of contact for our network in your region (Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Essex and Hertfordshire), you will ensure our groups are engaged and supported. The role is home-based.
