Dovedale Leisure Centre are looking for dedicated individuals to work with our existing team in leading parties most weekends throughout the year as well as the school holiday. The applicant should have the ability to adapt their delivery to suit various skills and abilities. This post is offered on a casual basis and the successful applicants will be required to work predominantly at weekends.

Chelmsford Sport and Athletics Centre are looking for individuals to lead our City Camps during the school holidays. The successful applicant will be responsible for planning and delivering a variety of fun sessions for children aged 4–7 and 8–12. They must have the ability to tailor activities to suit different ages and abilities interests and hold a sports leadership or coaching qualification.

The Community Sport and Wellbeing Team at Chelmsford City Council is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated person to assist with the organisation and delivery of the Play in the Park programme during the summer of 2026. The role will be fixed term from 13th July to 28th August 2026.
The successful applicant will also assist with the delivery of a range of community based activities.

South Woodham Ferrers Leisure Centre are looking for driven individuals to deliver high quality and high energy Group Exercise classes. We are looking for Pilates, Yoga, and Aqua Aerobics instructors so applicants must hold a relevant class qualification. This position is offered on a casual basis to cover the opening hours of the centre, from 6.30am to 10pm, including weekends and bank holidays.

We aim to make every gym visit inclusive and motivating. Our Fitness Instructors inspire and support customers to achieve their fitness goals while working with Leisure Centre Management to ensure safe supervision, well-maintained equipment, and a positive Fitness Suite experience.
Must hold at least a Level 2 qualification in Fitness or Gym Instruction.

Lifeguards play a key part in keeping our swimmers safe, supporting the smooth running of the Centre, and help to maintain a clean, welcoming environment throughout the pools complex. This is a great opportunity to make a real difference to our community while working as part of a supportive team.
