Senior Manager of Youth Engagement leads the Youth Activation team at Essex Cricket in the Community; their aim is to get more young people active through cricket. They will manage all youth programmes across Essex and East London, ensuring young people can access the game.
The Senior Manager of Youth Engagement will be responsible for leading both the delivery and growth in schools.

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to act as Camp Leaders who can lead the delivery of our camps during the school holidays. The applicant must possess a sports leadership / coaching qualification, be passionate about giving every child an amazing experience, be a confident communicator and have excellent customer care skills.

The successful applicant must be a confident communicator and have excellent customer care skills. The successful applicant will be responsible for the health and safety of members of the learn to swim programme.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to work as part of a team within the pools complex. The applicant must be a confident communicator, have excellent customer care skills and hold the National Pool Lifeguard qualification. You will be responsible for the health and safety of users of our swimming pool as well as other areas of the Centre

We are looking for an individual with an engaging personality and a natural ability to build strong relationships to join our gym team. The successful applicant will work alongside our team of gym instructors delivering the high level of customer service our users expect whilst conducting inductions and assessments and supporting our members to achieve their fitness goals.

We’re currently looking for a full-time Deputy Designated Safeguarding Officer to provide proactive support and administration. The successful candidate will join our Chelmsford team, and responsibilities will include assisting the Safeguarding Manager with cases across Essex.
