Little Sportser are a sports coaching organisation dedicated to helping children develop physically, mentally, and socially through fun and inclusive activities

An Activator Coach promotes, delivers and coaches fun, inclusive and engaging activities that help whole communities to change their behaviour, adopt and keep to a physically active lifestyle. The Community Activator Coach will be a positive role model who builds good rapport with customers from all walks of life.

Outreach arm of Essex County Cricket Club, dedicated to using cricket as a tool for inclusion, education, and empowerment across the region.

Coach Core’s vision is to drive social mobility through apprenticeships and sport, so that every young person can reach their true potential and inspire those around them. Since our launch in 2012, we have worked with over 150 of the biggest sports providers, youth clubs and charities in the country, supporting over 500 young people.

We are looking for a friendly and approachable person to join our management team, who can work well under pressure, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is able to lead and motivate a team, focused on high customer service standards. The successful applicant will be fully accountable for the Pool facility overseeing all aspects of the budget, staffing, programming and procedures.

The successful applicants will be responsible for the health and safety of users of our swimming pools as well as other areas of the centre whilst also ensuring the hygiene and cleanliness of the pools complex is maintained. Applicants must be confident communicators and have excellent customer care skills as well as hold the National Pool Lifeguard qualification.

We are looking for Ice Rink Assistants who work as part of a team to ensure the safety, welfare and enjoyment of all skaters and users of the Ice Rink during public sessions and Ice Rink birthday parties. Applicants must be passionate about giving every visitor an amazing experience, be a confident communicator, have excellent customer care skills and must be able to ice skate to a good standard.

Qualifications required
The successful candidates must hold a nationally recognised qualification for instruction
i.e. ASA/Swim England Level 2, Baby Preschool Swimming Teaching (or equivalent STA Baby Preschool/Award/Certificate)

You will be at the top of your game supervising day-to-day operations, combined with delivering your passion through inductions and inspiring snap sessions!
