South Woodham Ferrers Leisure Centre are looking for an experienced, self-motivated individual to work as part of our swimming team. Responsibilities include looking after the health and safety of members of the learn to swim programme.

We are looking for enthusiastic qualified swimming instructors with excellent teaching skills and a passion for working with adults and children. The successful applicants will work alongside our existing team of swimming instructors overseeing the swimming lesson programme which runs throughout the year, to ensure continuous learning, development and progression.

We’re looking for a Level 2 qualified Swimming Instructor to plan and deliver swimming lessons to groups of all ages and skill levels.

The successful candidate must a nationally recognised qualification for instruction i.e. ASA/Swim England Level 2, Baby Preschool Swimming Teaching (or equivalent STA Baby Preschool/Award/Certificate).
