Applicants must be passionate about giving every child an amazing experience, be a confident communicator and have excellent customer care skills. Possessing a sports leadership / coaching qualification would be advantageous but this is not essential. The successful applicant should have the ability to adapt their delivery to suit various skills and abilities.

We are recruiting for a SEND Community Activity Leader to join our team on The West Essex Inclusion Project! We’re particularly keen to hear from those with experience of working with children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in the Harlow and Uttlesford Districts. A valid driving license is essential.
