As part of Find Your Active Here, we’ve installed signs in two brilliant locations – The Stow Sports Ground and the Harlow Town Park Outdoor Gym.

These signs are simple reminders that activity doesn’t have to be complicated. Whether you’re trying something new, reconnecting with friends, or enjoying a moment outdoors, these spaces are yours to explore.

The Stow Sports Ground

A lively community hub with wide open space, The Stow Sports Ground is perfect for playful movement, group activities, and family fun. It’s a place where neighbours come together, kids can run free, and everyone can find their own way to get active.

Harlow Town Park Outdoor Gym

Harlow Town Park is a huge 164acre green space with gardens, play areas, trails, a paddling pool, a skate park, and of course the Outdoor Gym. It’s open 24 hours a day and offers something for every age, ability, and level of confidence.

Ways to Get Active

Both The Stow Sports Ground and Harlow Town Park offer brilliant opportunities to move more, unwind, and enjoy being active. Whether you prefer quiet solo moments, fun with family and friends, or inclusive activities that welcome everyone, these spaces make it easy to Find Your Active. Each idea below is designed to be simple, free, and fun because being active should feel good, not complicated.
