Struggle to get your daily steps in during the winter months, or spend too much time eating mince pies?

Then why not take part in this years Big Winter Walking Challenge as part of our Find Your Active: Move for your Mind campaign! In teams of five, you will complete almost 1 million steps as you virtually walk to Lapland, all in aid of moving for your mental health!

Running from the 1st-24th December, the virtual challenge will cover 617km

 

How to register your team for the challenge:

  1. Register on the challenge’s website or app, then go to your dashboard and find the “Create a Team” option.
  2. You will need to name the team, write a description, and choose if it’s open to anyone or private and requires an invite.
  3. After creating the team, use the “My Team” or “Invite Member” button to send invitations to your teammates via email.

December 12th – Xmas Jumper Day

For the team that sends us the best photo wearing an Xmas jumper or something wintery on this day, each team member will receive a Find Your Active stress ball and t-shirt.
