In 2013 I joined Chelmsford City Mencap, I was one of the founding members of the club. This is my 6^th year at the club and I love playing for the team, before joining the team I wasn’t really part of anything so when I joined the team it gave me a new sense of life to being able to learn a new skill and make new friends. Playing for this team has also helped me in what I would like to do in the future.

Getting promoted to the premier league with the team was the biggest achievement , it was a huge success for the team.

Sport is important to me because you’re learning new skills and also it’s about getting everyone involved and having fun no matter what your disability or ability is.

As an ambassador I would like to promote sport and help bring others into sport e.g. football.
