Aside from our micro-grant programme, the Essex Local Delivery Pilot provides funding for bigger projects. They stem from the needs within the community and aim to create an impact to residents lives, which go much further than just increasing their physical activity levels. The bigger projects ensure communities are brought together, making them more resilient, connected and vibrant.

Essex Pedal Power

A community-based project piloted in Clacton and Jaywick Sands, which allows eligible residents to apply for a new FREE quality bike.

A 3-Way Partnership that is creating opportunities to drive health and social care outcomes through physical activity.

ABCD underpins out work, using the existing strengths and passions within local communities to drive up physical activity levels.
