This month, we’re thrilled to shine a spotlight on Ellie, our Move With Us Move Maker for August, whose energy, kindness, and leadership have made a lasting impact across multiple Active Essex programmes.
At just 13 years old, Ellie has already shown the qualities of a true role model. Through her involvement with B-Wild Adventures and the Girls Inspired Colchester course, she’s consistently gone above and beyond to support others, embrace new challenges, and create a welcoming environment for everyone around her.
From day one at B-Wild, Ellie stood out as someone who leads with empathy and enthusiasm. Whether it’s helping shy new members feel included, assisting with snack time and lunch prep, or simply being a friendly face in the group, Ellie’s contributions have made a real difference. Her creativity, positivity, and willingness to take initiative have not only impressed her peers but also inspired her mentors.
