We’re pleased to announce that our #MoveWithUs ‘Move Maker’, for the penultimate month of the year is Harry Jeffery!
At the beginning of November, Harry embarked on an impressive physical activity challenge, taking on 24 different types of activity in 14 hours. Throughout the day, Harry tried things like Yoga, a Hryox workout and Tennis, only to name a few.
Harry’s challenge was all in aid in raising money for the Active Essex Foundation. One of our #MoveWithUs Ambassadors and aged just 13, Harry has helped inspire those of a similar age around him, to show them that anything’s possible.
