The five week Beat the Street game in Harwich and Dovercourt ended this week and has been hailed as a huge success by the local community and all the partners involved. The game attracted 2,817 players out of a population of 18,000, and the players walked, jogged, and cycled an incredible 35,166 miles. The LDP now has a fantastic platform to increase and sustain physical activity levels in Harwich and Dovercourt over the next three years!
