Move With Us Leaders Academy

The Leaders Academy is designed for organisations supporting young people aged 12–18 who are ready to take on more responsibility. Whether they’ve been involved in a community sports club, Essex ActivAte, or an Active Essex Foundation club, this programme helps them transition into active leadership.

Through meaningful volunteering, participants will:

• Gain practical experience

• Build confidence

• Develop valuable life and career skills

• Be recognised for their contributions

Upcoming Course: Level 1 Award for Activators (Multi-Skills)

This exciting one-day course empowers young people (aged 14+) to lead engaging physical activities in schools and communities. They’ll learn how to:

• Organise and adapt games

• Build leadership skills

• Inspire others to get active
