This fund is powered by Active Essex and the London Marathon Foundation, enabling eligible groups to apply for grants of up to £3,000 to support the development and growth of their organisation.
To be eligible, you must not have previously been involved in the Active Essex organisational development initiatives and your project must align with at least one of our four key priorities:
This refers to the journey staff members or volunteers undertake as the apply to join and work for an organisation. This is commonly broken down into stages such as:
The pathway can help leaders and managers think about the various stages or contexts that a member of the workforce experiences and maps out how the organisation can support, manage and learn more about this experiences.
How the organisation considers, operationalises and learns about the employee’s engagement, wellbeing and motivations.
How the organisation considers and operationalises learning and development.
The organisation should think about their workforces needs and wants, and the skills they need to develop along their journey from joining through competence and development. This can also include you as leaders.
Organisation processes, support and compliance.
This is how the organisation collects data, understands and manages the process of joining and leaving, and considers governance and supervision.
