This means funding opportunities that build leadership, strategic capacity, or innovative skills, not mandatory training that organisations should provide as part of their core responsibilities. Our focus is on development that helps organisations adapt, thrive, and sustain impact, rather than one-off courses that are part of mandatory requirements.
