Hi, I am Rosie Pike a Health and Wellbeing Officer at Epping Forest District Council. I work within the community to deliver physical activity and exercise sessions to help improve our participants physical and mental health and wellbeing. My team work across the district offering a variety of classes including Yoga, Pilates, Keep Fit and much more.
