Hello, I’m Isabel and I am really proud to be a Move with Us ambassador. Sport is a massive part of my life and has been ever since I started going to the Harrow Lodge junior Parkrun when I was 6. I still attend it now but as well as running, I also volunteer and support those younger than me. Running is my main sport – I am a member of Brentwood Beagles AC and have spent the winter competing in cross countries representing both my club and Essex as a county. I am currently looking forward to outdoor track season starting so I can work on improving my times over 1500m and 3000m. I also swim with my club three times a week and I compete in triathlons, aquathlons and biathlons during the summer months. At school I play hockey and, unsurprisingly, one of my GCSE options is PE. Being involved in sport has given me lots of opportunities to travel the country, meet new people and to challenge myself to beat my previous best performances. I really hope to inspire you to get more active too!
