The Essex LDP team work closely with Nurture Development to ensure Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) is at the heart of all of our work.
On Friday 2nd October, during our LDP Strategic Sponsor Group meeting, Cormac Russell, Managing Director of Nurture Development, gave an enlightening presentation on the importance of putting communities at the heart of decision making by using a citizen led approach. Cormac’s presentation was highly commended, and prompted an insightful discussion about working alongside communities to improve community life and community cohesion.
