This flagship annual conference brings together Primary, Secondary and SEN PE Subject Leads, teaching staff, and Headteachers from across Essex. It offers a valuable opportunity to network with colleagues, share best practice, and gain insight from expert-led workshops designed to support high-quality physical education and school sport.

For the third year running, we welcomed a group of young leaders to take part in Active Essex Legacy Leaders training during the conference. Embedding youth voice and ensuring young people are fully engaged in PE and school sport decision-making is vital if we are to meet the needs of this generation.
